City considers special tax zone for subdivisions
The city of Oroville is gearing up to form special tax districts that could pay for infrastructure, parks and public safety services for large subdivisions, depending upon how they are formed.

The Finance Ministry's regional tax bureaus discovered a total of 1,118 individual and corporate bodies had failed to declare income generated through e-commerce amounting to 21.4 billion yen nationwide over the four-year period to June 2004, sources said Friday.
