Connecticut Gears Up For Annual Sales Tax-Free Week
Financial woes aside, Connecticut is getting set for its Sales Tax Holiday Week, which will run from Sunday, August 16, through August 22.
The clock is approaching midnight for many midstate residents who are far behind on their real estate taxes. They must make a payment by Wednesday or their properties will be advertised for sale. It is an annual function of county tax claim bureaus.
