Waterloo woman pleads guilty to tax evasion
EAST ST. LOUIS — A federal prosecutor in East St. Louis says a Waterloo woman faces as long as five years in federal prison after pleading guilty to tax evasion for failing to report $122,771 she embezzled while working for an insurance company.
