Tuck's tax proposal changed '06 dynamics
JACKSON - Lt. Gov. Amy Tuck was unsuccessful in getting her plan to phase out the 7 percent food tax and increase the cigarette tax enacted into law, but her unexpected proposal changed the dynamics of the 2006 legislative session that ended Friday.
