NZ citizen wonders about tax position on UK account
My mother wants to open UK savings and bank accounts, depositing about £50,000 in total. She is tax resident, domiciled and normally lives in New Zealand. She has both Irish and New Zealand citizenship. From a tax position, should she open the account as a foreigner without a National Insurance number and UK address, or with a UK address and NI number?
