Group wants tobacco tax raised by $1 per pack
A group that advocates universal health care in Maryland proposed Monday to double the state's tobacco tax from $1 to $2 per pack.

BRUSSELS (Reuters) - The World Trade Organization's (WTO) top court on Monday rejected an appeal by the United States against a ruling that it had violated trade rules in an export tax row with the European Union, an EU source said.
