Twenty-two judges face prosecution for not lodging tax returns for 2003-04 after they failed to heed final warnings by the Tax Office last week. Final warnings were sent to 31 of the nation's 916 judges to comply by Monday or face criminal sanctions, but only nine met the deadline.
