H&R Block Shares Fall on Tax Problems
Shares of H&R Block Inc. sank Friday after the nation's largest tax preparer said it was having problems with its own taxes and would have to restate earnings going back to 2004.
Senate begins symbolic votes on tax-cut priorities
WASHINGTON (MarketWatch) - The Senate began a series of largely symbolic votes Tuesday morning that aim to clarify which tax cuts should be at the center of legislation to provide $70 billion worth of tax relief over the next five years.
