Xilinx Gets Favorable Tax Ruling
Xilinx Inc., a maker of complex programmable logic devices, said Friday that a tax court sided with the company in its audit dispute with the Internal Revenue service, resulting in a possible gain of $7 million to $9 million from the reversal of reserves it had set aside for the issue.
