Germany Should Change Tobacco Tax, EU Court Aide Says
July 14 (Bloomberg) – Germany should close a loophole that lets companies including Imperial Tobacco Group Plc sell certain make-your-own products at lower tax levels than normal cigarettes, an adviser at Europe’s highest court said.
