Bluffton may utilize new tax district
BLUFFTON – Thanks to town officials, South Carolina municipalities with large agricultural tracts have a new way of paying for roads and other public projects. Cities and towns now can take advantage of special tax districts to aid the redevelopment of farmland into residential communities, shops and offices.
