Pothole tax up for renewal
MANSFIELD – City voters will be asked May 3 to renew a 0.25-percent income tax the city has collected for 20 years to repair streets and park roads. A group called the United Pothole Haters successfully campaigned for the tax, which goes before voters every four years, in 1985.
