Nortel Judge Tells Company, IRS to Prepare for $3 Bln Tax Trial
Sept. 30 (Bloomberg) – Nortel Networks Corp. and U.S. tax officials must prepare for a trial next month over the true size of a $3 billion tax bill the IRS sent the communications maker, the judge overseeing the company’s bankruptcy said today.
