Senate passes residential tax rebate
HELENA - The Democratic-led Senate initially accomplished Saturday what the House twice failed to do last week by passing a tax rebate bill for homeowners and renters, this time over GOP criticism that it guts a major state income tax overhaul passed two years ago.
