Japan’s tax revenues down 3.9% in February on year
_ Japan’s tax revenues fell 3.9 percent in February from a year earlier to 3,706.48 billion yen, led by declines in consumption tax revenues following the 2003 revision of the nation’s tax collection system, the Finance Ministry said Friday.
