Gov. Sanford tries to rally support for any tax cut proposal
COLUMBIA, S.C. - Gov. Mark Sanford tried to rally support for any kind of tax relief with a gathering on the Statehouse steps Saturday. The hastily called rally, threatened by thunderstorms and pelting rain earlier in the morning, drew about 60 people.
