Waynesboro City Council approves tax incentive for Outlet Village rejuvenation
The City Council late Monday unanimously approved a multi-million-dollar tax incentive to resuscitate the dying Waynesboro Outlet Village, a measure one councilman called a “win-win” situation for the community.
